Jonah Tesler Awarded 2nd Place for Graduate Research Poster

Mechatronics Lab is pleased to share that Jonah Tesler received 2nd Place for Early-Stage Research at the Spring 2026 Temple University College of Engineering Graduate Research Poster Competition.

His poster, titled “Ultrasound & Audible Range Signatures of Rolling Element Bearings Under Varying Lubrication Conditions” focuses on analyzing acoustic signatures of rolling element bearings across both ultrasound and audible frequency ranges to better understand how lubrication conditions influence bearing performance.

Jonah was the only master’s student to receive an award in this competition.

We congratulate Jonah on this accomplishment and recognize the valuable contributions of Henry Krumrine to this project. We look forward to the continued impact of this research within the Mechatronics Lab.
